Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I will work with you to identify homes that meet your essential criteria including community amenities, style and layout, features, location and value. I will connect you with lenders so that you can determine your buying power, and will guide you through the offer process, negotiations, inspections, appraisal, and the mortgage process, all while protecting your deposit by keeping track of dates and deadlines. In a market of limited inventory and multiple offers, Buyers are crafting very specific offers to make their offer stand out among the many. In those circumstances I will advise you as to  Escalation Clauses, Appraisal Gap clauses, and Inspections for Information Only.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you will need someone who will determine the ideal list price, and to market your home with professional photos (including aerial), floor plans, and videos making certain to expose it to as many prospective buyers as possible so as to realize the best price for your home in the shortest amount of time. My job is to make this transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible for you by managing showings, communicating feedback, and summarizing offers clearly and precisely so that we can effectively negotiate offers. I will keep track of the buyers financing, oversee the inspections, and handle all necessary paperwork in concert with your attorney. I will work with you to ensure that the walk-through prior to closing, goes smoothly to ensure a timely closing.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Condition is key in today's market. Whereas "location, location, location" is still important, you will not get top dollar for your home unless it's in excellent condition. I will consult with you on which repairs or minor improvements, will give you the best return on investment, advise you how to best de-clutter, provide resources to help you declutter, and when necessary I will bring in a professional stager for a consultation. Again, this is all to ensure that you get top dollar for your single most significant asset!
